Workshops
Dance is a Language.
Intermediate Level workshop being taught by Greta Leverett.
Greta Leverett and Ballet Emmaus lead dancers are available to teach workshops on the use of dance in praise and worship.
The idea of the workshops is to give both trained and untrained dancers more vocabulary with which to express their worship to the King.
Workshops focus mainly on the use of ballet movement , but can also include instruction on the use of contemporary dance.
Depending on what is requested we can also instruct in the use of Hebrew dance in the congregational setting.
These workshops are available for students of all levels, and workshops will be customized to meet the needs of your group. Depending on what is requested, workshops can be as short as a two hour class or as long as a full day event.
We can offer everything from beginners only workshops to advanced dancer workshops. Specialty classes geared just for gentlemen or for children can also be available if we are teaching a day long event.
Workshops also include a teaching on the use of dance in biblical worship.
Workshop fees depend on what is requested. They will usually need to be paid in advance of our coming to teach.
